At Holo Taco, we want your nails to look as holo as possible, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products that don't meet your sparkle standards. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, all returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original holographic packaging, and purchased within the last 30 days from holotaco.com.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our Customer Experience team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 3.
  Pack Your Polish

  Securely package your items to prevent breakage during transit; we recommend using the original shipping box if available.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Affix your provided return shipping label and drop the package off at the designated carrier; your refund will be processed once the items are inspected.
